Meet Eugene - Your go-to strength and conditioning coach, Eugene has a remarkable talent for transforming setbacks into epic comebacks! With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, he specializes in post-injury rehabilitation—particularly for back and knee pain—alongside functional hypertrophy and elevating athletic performance.
Eugene’s career journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Biomedicine and Nutrition, where he initially thrived as a nutritional consultant, guiding individuals to reshape their lives through smart dietary choices. His philosophy? Athleticism isn’t merely a gift; it’s a skill that anyone can develop. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or just starting your fitness journey, Eugene believes that everyone has the potential to be an athlete.
From FMS movement screening to FRC mobility training and even pre & post-natal coaching, Eugene offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He is passionate about helping you move better, build stability, enhance coordination, and unleash your inner powerhouse.

Ryan Li - Personal Trainer
Meet Ryan - Ryan is an internationally certified personal trainer accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, bringing a wealth of expertise to his coaching practice.
With years of hands-on experience, Ryan has sharpened his observation and instructional skills, giving him a unique edge as a highly effective trainer. He firmly believes that it’s the trainer’s responsibility to assess clients’ postures, movement patterns, and habits to identify any issues that may hinder rehabilitation and performance.
Committed to continuous improvement, Ryan actively pursues knowledge in strength and conditioning through courses and training outside of work. Just like in fitness, where there’s always room for growth, Ryan embraces the idea that a great coach can always become even better.

Liz Marais - Personal Trainer
Meet Liz - Liz is a South African trained Physiotherapist with international qualifications in Women’s Health. After working in Hong Kong as physiotherapist for 4 years she has expanded into Personal Training as she believes that this is where the real magic happens.
For Liz it is not enough to see her clients become pain-free, but aspires instead to guide her clients in repairing the mechanisms that originally lead to injury and extending rehabilitation to leave her clients stronger, wiser and better than they were before.
Though Liz thoroughly enjoys working with all types of clientele, her main passion lies in ushering women through pregnancy, postpartum and finally, return to activity - be it in the gym, on the pitch or in the endless demands of motherhood.
