What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM. While we are typically closed on Sundays and public holidays, we can offer flexible hours upon request.

Do you have group classes?
While we do not offer traditional group classes, we provide 1-on-2 buddy training sessions. These allow you to train with a friend while still receiving personalised attention from our trainers.

Currently, we don’t have a female trainer, but both Eugene and Ryan are highly experienced in training women and are dedicated to providing supportive and effective workouts.

Do classes have an expiry after committing to a package?
Yes, classes do have an expiry period. Typically, once a class is committed, it must be utilized within approximately one week.
